Daniel Donovan: Daniel has a degree in Business Studies and Construction Management and maintains various Construction licenses for the last 25 years in General Construction, Plumbing and Electrical Contracting. He has held and presently is president of a Corporation, “Olympus IV, Olympus Construction & Olympus Realty Services, which maintains a Nevada State real estate broker, and Construction license’s. Daniel has worked with the largest property developers and management companies in the California and Nevada area over the years. For the last four years, Daniel has been the President of Olympus Construction, a 25-year-old established unlimited company here in Nevada. It has been his 35 years of time through out the industry that provided Daniel with valuable business insight and experience. Alan Ginsberg: Alan brings different skills sets to the company, coming from the hospitality and hotel development industry recently; his emphasis is on a customer service background. Before the young age of 22, Alan completed and received a degree from Seton Hall University for Business administration. After completing his graduate degree, he went to work for Wall Street. After four years in Wall Street Alan took up the position of Division Director for J I Kislak, real estate sales, in New Jersey, he held that spot for three years before obtaining a position with H L Lazar. Alan managed project(s) in their Chicago area construction office. This work was mainly new construction, and commercial renovations. Recently, Alan managed project(s) for Babco Construction of Chicago for their Las Vegas construction office. This work was mainly Hotel and commercial renovations. This experience provided Alan with incredible customer attention skills he provided for Olympus.

Steven Ginsberg: Steven affords Olympus a different insight into the real estate development arena. With a degree in Geography and Urban Planning from Arizona State University and graduate studies in the same at San Diego State University affords Olympus the tools to effectively create projects with the community in mind. Steve was able to ply his trade as a current planner with San Diego County, California, and as a Long-Term Strategic Planner for Broward County, Florida. Both positions gave Steve the integrity and ability to work within rapidly expanding markets.

Christopher Pouch: Chris is responsible for supervising construction projects within the company. He tracks the projects and the bids and manages inspectors, subcontractors, architects and property owners. He provides detailed daily logs, progress schedules, current cost analysis, sub-contractor reviews and job completion projections. He was educated at Ohio State University, in Business Managements, Fullerton College, Fullerton, CA Marketing and an ROP from Fullerton College, Fullerton, CA Major in HVAC/EPA Lie. He has supervised and performed plumbing and carpentry work for various projects and is extremely experienced in remodeling jobs, tenant improvements over viewing carpentry, finishes plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical on commercial / residential projects.

Dane Horton: Dane works hand in hand with Chris Pouch. In his relatively brief career, Dane as proven himself to be a strong asset to Olympus Construction. He is involved with the day to day supervision and management of our projects. Dane was born and raised in the Las Vegas valley and attended the University of Nevada; he is planning to get a professional engineers degree. Dane takes a different approach to managing projects; in the field has established a reputation for delivering projects on time and under budget.

Maryna Shkrobat: Maryna was educated in Belarusian National Technical University as Engineer-Economist. She brings to Olympus experience from the other country in Construction Management and Accounting. Maryna has been working in accounting department, now she is focused on the new projects of Olympus. During relatively short time Maryna has proven her great ability to develop and work independently as well as work in a team environment, excellent organization and analytical skills. Maryna is getting her second degree in Civil Engineer Science in the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Cindy Rubinstein: comes to Olympus with over 15 years construction finance experience. Cindy has an Associates degree in Accounting and plans to continue on for her bachelor’s. She has worked for many of the bigger construction companies in Las Vegas enabling her to gain experience using several different construction software packages and obtaining a diversified background in construction procedures. At Olympus, she works closely with Alan Ginsberg carefully watching over the bottom line. She has experience working with AIA documents, standard in the construction industry, and works hand in hand with the subcontractors, assisting in the preparation of their monthly bills. She overseas the accounting functions and processes the monthly owner billing for the projects. Cindy and the knowledge she brings, has become a valuable asset to our company.
