The Olympus Companies can trace
its beginnings to 1979 when Olympus Construction obtained its
license to be a General Contractor in the State of Nevada. Since
then, Olympus has extended its reach to being licensed in the
States of California and Arizona. Olympus also maintains a fully
equipped real estate development company, Olympus IV, Inc.;
which also serves as our parent company. Recently, we have taken
our philosophy of providing excellence in service to our clients
through Olympus Maintenance, Inc.; Olympus Maintenance, Inc. is
a full service facility maintenance company which provides the
experience, and flexibility, to keep its clients facilities in
peak working order.
Through the auspices Daniel Donovan’s and Alan Ginsberg’s
